Health Poverty Action (HPA) with funding from the European Union for the implementation of Somaliland Terminating Oppression of women and girls Programme (STOP) project hereby request proposals (technical and financial).
Purpose of the Assignment
- To conduct an operational Research to assess the effectiveness of the” shelter home model” a component used during project implementation
- To conduct Final Evaluation of the EC STOP project.
Relevant experience related to the assignment (Ideally the team should have experience in health, SGBV projects/ programs and knowledge of the historical and political situation in Somaliland; a team with a value for money specialists is an added advantage).
